Business Law deals with transactions between businesses whether it’s trade or joint ventures. In most cases business law is a part of the civil judiciary system as it deals with both private and public law.

Business Law deals with principal and agent; this is having someone represent you on your behalf, import and export laws, rules that govern transactions such as returns and guarantees, sale of goods and the rules that govern the sale of each good between the buyer and seller. Because of the various rules complicating transactions between businesses of various states, there has been in an effort to unify business rules for the United States, although not all business laws have been able to be agreed upon by each state some have been and many states have now adopted the Uniform Commercial Code.
